Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TokenTrim you agree to these Terms. If you are using TokenTrim on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

TokenTrim is an API proxy that sits between your application and LLM providers (currently Anthropic). It optimizes token usage, tracks costs, enforces budgets, and provides analytics. It does not generate AI responses itself.

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse rate limits or security controls.
• Do not use the service to proxy requests that violate the terms of your upstream LLM provider.
• You are responsible for all API usage billed under your account.

You grant TokenTrim permission to store and use your LLM provider API keys solely to fulfil your proxied requests. Keys are encrypted at rest. You are responsible for revoking keys if you suspect compromise.

TokenTrim charges a platform fee on top of underlying provider costs. Current pricing is displayed in your dashboard. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time; unused prepaid credit is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the proxy endpoint. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by upstream LLM providers.

All rights in TokenTrim software, trademarks, and documentation remain with Dhisattva AI Pvt Ltd. You retain all rights to your own prompts, responses, and data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenTrim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
